I'm Zachary Wood. I run Blue Horizon Labs, a founder-led management consulting firm in Albany, NY, where we help mid-market operators turn structure into leverage. The rest of my time goes to writing, hip hop, and jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. This site is where those four threads meet.
